Seasonal Product Development and Design

As a Global Operations Manager, I evaluated company sales, competitive landscapes, and conducted product research in order to set forth an assortment strategy for seasonal décor and textiles. These are examples of product categories I managed from initial concept to product launch. In my unique role, I leveraged both creative and business acumen skills to create salable product that was on-brand for the company.
